Quinten Jones is a Strategy & Organizational Effectiveness Advisor who helps leaders and organizations turn ambitious ideas into clear strategies, effective organizations, and measurable results.
As Founder and Principal of Quinten Maurice Consulting, Quinten works at the intersection of strategy, people, and execution—helping executives and organizations navigate growth, change, complex initiatives, and moments when greater clarity, structure, and accountability are needed. His work spans organizational effectiveness, strategic execution and project leadership, and public engagement and organizational trust.
With more than 15 years of leadership experience across the banking, mortgage servicing, pharmaceutical, political, and public sectors, Quinten brings both an executive-level perspective and an operator’s mindset to his work. He has led large-scale workforce initiatives, managed multimillion-dollar operations, guided cross-functional projects, and developed strategies designed to strengthen organizational performance, culture, and execution.
His experience includes serving as Florida State Deputy Operations Director for the presidential campaign of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, as well as supporting strategic initiatives alongside civil rights attorney Greg Francis. These experiences have given Quinten a distinctive understanding of how leadership, organizational systems, stakeholder relationships, and public trust intersect.
